1. Who we are

2. Person responsible for personal information

As required by Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), the person responsible for the protection of personal information at Solvazzo is its founder, who can be reached at solvazzo.agency@gmail.com.

3. What we collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, business name (optional), and message you choose to provide, along with your language preference. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Technical data. Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure temporarily processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect the contact form against abuse (rate limiting). We do not use IP addresses to identify or profile visitors.

4. What we do not do

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, social media pixels, or fingerprinting of any kind.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

We do not use your information for profiling or automated decision-making.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site does not set tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for exactly two functional preferences: your chosen color theme and your language (English or French). These values stay on your device, are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and contain no personal information. Because they are strictly functional, they do not require consent under applicable privacy laws — but you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

6. Why we collect it and your consent

We collect contact information for one purpose: to answer you and follow up on your project inquiry. By submitting the contact form, you consent to this use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, and we will delete your information.

7. Service providers and where your data is processed

Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and our website is hosted by Vercel. Both providers are based in the United States, which means information submitted through the form may be processed outside Quebec and outside Canada. We share only what is necessary to deliver your message, and these providers are bound by their own contractual and security obligations.

8. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain normal business correspondence. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so without undue delay.

9. How we protect it

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with modern security headers. The contact form validates and sanitizes all input, is rate-limited against abuse, and we collect the minimum information needed to respond to you.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email us at solvazzo.agency@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your personal information properly, please contact us first — we take this seriously. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC).

12. Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, if we ever add analytics — we will update this policy and revise the date at the top before the change takes effect.
